OUR STORY

DETAIL was born out of a need to find hope, realising that something can always be tried, explored and learned. Developing a holistic approach to mental health with wellness strategies, to fall back on during difficult times.

Mental health conditions can be complex and multilayered, with therapy and medication playing vital roles. Adding connection, movement and sustenance, the “three anchors of mental wellbeing”, a more holistic approach to healing can occur.

Our goal is to enhance mental health awareness, provide education on ways to support mental health, and empower those on their own journey to recovery.
