I am a registered counsellor and clinical naturopath who approaches mental health holistically: when supporting you with your personal or relationship challenges, I consider you fully, taking into account your mind, body, and environment.
My counselling approach is person-centred and trauma-aware. This means that we will meet in a caring and non-judgmental space where I will help you understand yourself more fully, work out your best options, and develop your own inner resources.
As a naturopath, I also support your mental health with therapies as diet and lifestyle counselling, nutritional medicine, herbal medicine, and giving you knowledge and skills that will empower you to take charge of your own health and wellbeing.
